Excellent experience for my daughter As I did not get to bring the car in because we were out of town I had my daughter drop the car off. She expressed how impressed she was with your ser As I did not get to bring the car in because we were out of town I had my daughter drop the car off. She expressed how impressed she was with your service advisor when she dropped the car off. She was equally impressed when she picked up the car. The service advisor explained what the had repaired and she was surprised to find the car cleaned and washed. Great job guys More

What’s the point? Several bad experiences I brought my car in for recall regarding the back up camera and now the car runs terribly slower. They are constantly unable to solve problems. Their computers were down when I dropped my 2019 540 with 7000 miles and I had to wait 30 minutes b/c the service writer wasn’t sure if I was in warranty...Really and I’m going to trust my car to you???
