No more MINIs On my second Mini and loved them for 7 years. Now ready to trade in, also needed brakes, tires. Had confusion and miscommunication during prior service appts x 2. Way over-charged to top off fluids. Went elsewhere and spent half the amount for tires and brakes. Was told by mechanic there that someone had missed properly securing one wheel and wasn’t all the way bolted on!?! That put me at risk for accident. I called but I don’t think anyone believed me. You can call the other mechanic to verify. NO MORE MINIs for me after this dismal experience. Disappointed, Deirdre (Wells) Enzor More

The service area never returns calls unless I call them and the issue continues to be back ordered parts from Germany? More

There were no long delays in checking-in, getting a loaner and returning the car and checking out. All issues were addressed. There is still a part (grommet) that they needed to order, but if it's not covered by warranty I won't pay $216.00 for it, (which seems really really high). I will recommend their service department in the future. More

Desapoint about disregard for safety Arrived to service 15 minutes in advance my service advisor was not there yet,some one else took care of the paperwork be did a good job. Return in the afternoon and the tire monitor in the dashboard was on after a few miles the numbers did not match have a big variation of about 4 psi difference. Same weekend warning light appear on dash,"engine coolant severely low need to correct to avoid engine damage" I have to add about 1/2 gallon in reservoir. Called and left message for my service advisor or manager of service department to call unfortunately no return call to fate More
First time there, had a brake fluid light on. The reason for no 5 stars is that my fluids had never been checked. The washer fluid light came on when i returned home. Friendly service Purchased car from your dealership a few months ago. Had check engine light go on. Was able to get in right away. Diagnosed was done. I was not charged for anything plus you guys washed and vacuumed my car on top of that. I have not had a problem since. Marc helped as much as he could despite the fact you guys were having computer troubles that day I thought I was going to be stuck there a lot longer then I planned but was out surprisingly sooner.
