Professional, Timely, and Informed I checked in with Dustin Ryan, he was very professional but also friendly. We discussed the issues and items I wanted to have checked. After initial evaluation he came back and discussed the findings. He also let me know one of the items would be covered under my extended warranty. He offered me a ride if I wanted to grab lunch while I waited, I declined but a great touch in my opinion. He let me know it was ready and the car looked great and drove better than before I arrived. Ryan represented Ferman Mini very well, I want him to be my Service Advisor on any future trip back for service. More
