Excellent service Stefanie had defective door molding replaced that I notified the dealership of the defect shortly after buying my car new. I was promise That the mo Stefanie had defective door molding replaced that I notified the dealership of the defect shortly after buying my car new. I was promise That the molding would be fixed by at least three other Ferman Service Advisers but they never followed through or documented my complaint. I showed Stefanie old text messages that I had saved from previous advisers promising to fix the issue. Stefanie got the defective door molding fixed along with other scheduled maintenance. I will ask for Stefanie from now on when bringing my cat in for service. More

Was persuaded (without much effort) that it was essentially unsafe to drive because of extensive rust on essential parts, worn-out and broken pieces, etc. Bad news for me, but grateful for objective assessment. Service Advisor, Courtney Reason, and mechanic (didn't get name) were both particularly helpful.. More

Have not heard from anyone. 2) More at the detail level - 3 of the 4 tires were missing tire valve stem cap. This should have been replaced. More
