I don't know names if any service crew they were not offered. One time waited over 3 hours when told it would beho7r and a half. Secondly , I had a key that I was untold was no good and they could not fulfill recall on computer with it. They said they had to order new one. I went back when I was notified jey was in and then was told they could not do it because they needed the ibe that was nit working. They should have told me to it to bring it back too. Now I have to do another 18 mile one eye trip with dead key. More

I had a simple service appointment for a battery change, I had specific questions pertaining to my service, I contacted the service advisor multiple t I had a simple service appointment for a battery change, I had specific questions pertaining to my service, I contacted the service advisor multiple times, I left the service advisor multiple voicemails and I also called the service manager and left him a message with no response.The reason for the low rating is for the lack of follow up. Usually after service, repair centers always make sure vehicle is clean upon picking it up. I didn't expect a detail but did expect it to be washed and cleaned for pickup. More
