My first service visit I was so impressed from the moment I pulled in to the service intake area till the time my car was ready for pick up. The gentleman that greeted me was very friendly an accommodating (his name escapes me, sorry) Jamie processed my service order and even pointed out a minor flaw in a window gasket. All my questions were addressed and shared with the technician. He then escorted me to the loaner car department and made sure that I was on my way as quickly as possible. I was updated throughout the service interval and Jamie even waited until I arrived after hours due to traffic. More

Had to wait weeks to get a loaner when I needed a AC repair... in Florida. I have worked with other advisors there and they pretty had the “why are you bothering me?” Customer service attitude. Adding Insult to Injury My three-month old car stranded me in a parking lot just before 5 PM. BMW 800# customer service did not answer. Called dealership for help. My car called for help and someone in VA was kind enough to assist. Appreciate the loaner car over the weekend as the car was serviced. When picking up the car, which was dirtier than I brought it, I was disappointed to learn that this will likely happen again!! More

First service experience was great! Took our 2018 MINI Convertible in for the first 5,000 mile service. Ease of scheduling an appointment on the internet was a big plus.
