Adding Insult to Injury My three-month old car stranded me in a parking lot just before 5 PM. BMW 800# customer service did not answer. Called dealership for help. My car called for help and someone in VA was kind enough to assist. Appreciate the loaner car over the weekend as the car was serviced. When picking up the car, which was dirtier than I brought it, I was disappointed to learn that this will likely happen again!! More

First service experience was great! Took our 2018 MINI Convertible in for the first 5,000 mile service. Ease of scheduling an appointment on the internet was a big plus. Visiting from SC I live in SC and was visiting family for the weekend. The team at Ferman were able to take me in, after 2pm (again, it was a Saturday), and get my car fixed the same day so that I could travel home on Sunday. They also followed up with a text on Monday to make sure I made it home safely. More

I had already shopped for tires and was surprised to find the dealership was slightly less than the best price I could find. Paul, the service manager, went out of his way to help me understand questions I had and to explain how to get my tire rebate and one year warranty for road hazards. I would recommend Ferman BMW/Mini without hesitation. More
