Always impressed I had come in on a Saturday for oil and 2 new tires. When the service manager Jamie, and techs took a look at my mini, they discovered the tires were I had come in on a Saturday for oil and 2 new tires. When the service manager Jamie, and techs took a look at my mini, they discovered the tires were still in pretty good shape and recommended only needing one replaced. I was ecstatic till after they put the tires on, yes the tech put two on instead of only one. Jamie felt so bad that he discounted the tires and service charges.. I still payed more than expected, but with everything that had been discounted, I still wLked away with a better then expected experience.. More

Above & Beyond! Jamie and Team went above and beyond when working on my Mini. Not knowing what was quite wrong with it when I brought it in, they kept me up to date Jamie and Team went above and beyond when working on my Mini. Since I am not from the area and was waiting, they continually checked on me to see if I needed anything and even gave me a ride to the mall so that I could break up the wait. I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of my repairs were covered under my warranty. Being a customer evaluator in a previous job, I honestly cannot think of anything that they could have done to improve upon the service. Thank you for a great experience!
