I feel a bmw dealership should be beautiful down to the last detail including washing your car properly. Replacinging beat up dealer plates when asked ahead of time. The gentleman who is the guest attendant is very friendly. However, there is a high-level of frustration when trying to contact a service team member. Making appointments through a general call center is frustrating, because those operators don’t seem to know anything more than what’s on the screen in front of them. And even though I have brought my vehicle there multiple times, the last time I called, I was told that they could no longer service my vehicle because the computer software was not updated. And the costs quoted for simple service were far out of line from the previous BMW dealerships I went to. Part of my service included a new headlight bulb. When I used my headlights later that day, the headlight was aimed straight at the ground. When I went to aim them, both top aiming screws were missing! More
