5 stars for the sales consultant, 1 star for the dealer. Manny Echevarria was an excellent sales consultant and made the process very relaxing and is truly a 5 star sales consultant. With that said it's extremely annoying how things fell apart with the truck we got. We were seen by Juan Flores for the final sale and papers of the truck. We made it clear to Mr. Flores that we were pre approved from our bank and upon doing the paperwork my husband asked Mr. Flores about our pre approval if we had to wait for a decision or we pickup the truck the next day after he gets back with our bank for the pre approval and Juan Flores tells us no no no you take the vehicle home tonight we don't need to ask because it says here you are pre approved. To our delight we thought we had our new truck and drove it off that night. Three days later we get a call from our bank that the truck we sent the purchase order in was not going to meet their specifications because it was a year older than they liked and a few too many miles more than they liked and told us that we could find another vehicle or ask for the dealer to finance it and we would have to call the dealer back. They also said on the pre approval letter the finance manager should of seen where it said the information about this. I as a consumer didn't see this information myself but Juan Flores is the Finance Manager and should of known better, you would think. So 3 days later here we are, called and left a message to the dealer and no call back! This is now 6 days later and no call back from Ferman Chevrolet Tampa at the time of this review I am writing. They have to come get their truck as I live far away from Tampa. Juan Flores completely screwed up telling us to take the truck and that the deal was done. He is a Finance Manager??? They are required to check this stuff out we had thought. So now we got this truck and if they were more transparent on their part maybe we wouldn't of been driving this truck and liked it and days later realizing it's not going to be ours. We sadly now are in limbo, even a legal ramification from this. We are out money and time, it feels really bad to be told one thing and think everything was fine and then to find out we didn't have the deal done later on because they failed to check the qualifications for the pre approval. More

Rachael was very helpful and nice. The finance part was ok. Don't recall the gentleman's name.
