I did not have a very good experience with Rachel. The service department is poorly ran. I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:45 appointment and was not helped until after 5pm. A customer that arrived 5 minutes after me was taken care of immediately and her vehicle was serviced while mine was not taken back for over 90 minutes after my arrival and did not leave till 7pm this is my third time with bad service at Ferman and will look for another Dealer to handle my warranty for Chevy..... I paid a lot for this truck. It was raining when I picked it up so I didn’t have time to look through it. When I got home, I discovered iIt had not been cleaned. If it wasn’t clean, I’m not so sure that the $600 I paid for the protector was actually applied. I had to take goof off and remove gunk on the driver side, kick plate and door. The carpet was filthy. You should take your time and make sure that the vehicle is spotless before you allow a customer to pick it up. He just leaves a bad taste in your mouth no matter how everything else went. Selling to me was an easy sell. I have an extremely high credit rating and I gave you money on top of that. More
