Ferman Chevy gave me a great memory today. I was able to buy my son his 1st car. Mo was perfect. He was fast, gave me all of the info I needed and some additional info to help with the sale. Salesman was great from start to finish, even after paperwork signed. Issues with internet sales stating truck was ready to see and detailed on my initial visit. This was not the case. Truck was no paperwork signed. Issues with internet sales stating truck was ready to see and detailed on my initial visit. This was not the case. Truck was not detailed and technician was putting correct tires on the vehicle. When agreed to purchase- detailing cracked the windshield. There were other issues with the truck but Mo addressed as quick as he could. Thanks. More
