Went car shopping for my first car, knew exactly what I wanted & had bad luck at Brandon Toyota. So glad I did though because I pulled into Ferman Chevy and got my Toyota Rav4 in no time! The process was v wanted & had bad luck at Brandon Toyota. So glad I did though because I pulled into Ferman Chevy and got my Toyota Rav4 in no time! The process was very smooth, Josh was very kind and helpful. This was my first time buying from a high volume dealership and he was able to explain the process and walk me through it in a way that I still felt comfortable and in control. Was able to get the deal I wanted thanks to Josh and pulled out of their in my new car happier then ever!! Also a huge shoutout to Juan in financing department who was able to explain the more complicated side of things in an easy and understanding way. Will be recommending anyone I know towards Ferman Chevrolet! More
