Genuinely had such an outstanding experience working with Ferman Chevrolet. From the moment I randomly wandered into the Ferman location wanting to see an Equinox, until a few weeks later when we closed the Ferman Chevrolet. Jake in sales did a phenomenal job explaining the car and its features to me. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure that I felt comfortable with the process, and got the car of my dreams. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with his efforts and customer service. Similarly, Eric in finance made sure that I felt comfortable with the financials, and advised me, rather than made me feel pressured. I can’t recommend this team and this location enough.
