I was looking for a rare spec car for a good deal which I thought was an impossible task until I found Ferman Chevy. Hello its me again. Well the saga continues Chapter 3. 4 months and 1 week know since this car has been in there svc. dept. for a transmission issue which is under warranty .What is funny they wont return months and 1 week know since this car has been in there svc. dept. for a transmission issue which is under warranty .What is funny they wont return a phone call but the minute you post a review the phone is ringing 8 the next morning. I was told that at this stage Gen. Manager would be alerted of this issue. Wow what a novel idea. That was approx. 10 days ago and of course no phone calls or correspondence as of now.
