Ferman Chevrolet treated me the way I should be treated in every aspect from start to finish. I went to the GMC dealer across the street first and they didn’t seem to have much interest in talking to me. T in every aspect from start to finish. They pretty much told me just to go on line and the prices are what they are online and that’s it. They did not impress me at all and I got the impression that they didn’t wanna be bothered so I turned around and left. It was total difference when I come over to Ferman Chevy from start to finish. The only thing I would’ve liked to had different was my price I paid too much it should’ve been at least $3000 less due to the bad tires on it, the broken Grill, and it has spots of concrete all the way around that I did not know that was on it. It look like dirt. I should’ve stuck with my guns and paid $59,500 which is still on the high end. That is the only thing I’m not happy with. I have to get six new tires and get the paint repaired.
