I think you guys could learn a couple of things about customer service... I just bought a brand new SUV at Ferman a couple of months ago. You guys made some bad mistakes and failed to inform me of damage to the Vehicle which I didn’t notice... I’m not 100% happy with this deal..... By the way Michael Elgawly is SUPER!!!
