My experience was by far the best that i have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. My sales person Phillip Goodpaster was by far the best and most knowledgeable sales person that i have dealt with. The only issue i had with my whole experience was that my vehicle was poorly detailed upon delivery to me. I would strongly suggest to the management that they do something about the detail department. Ferman provides such an amazing buying experience but it does not do it justice to have it ruined by the lack of quality that was done in the detail of the vehicle before it was delivered to me. With saying that this is by no means am i giving the dealership a poor review, this was the one and only downside to my experience. More
