I would like to start by saying that whoever reads this review whether an employer of Ferman or a customer, I do not write reviews for anything. Mainly do to the fact that I am lazy, but I feel that I need review whether an employer of Ferman or a customer, I do not write reviews for anything. Mainly do to the fact that I am lazy, but I feel that I need to let someone know how my experience with Ferman Chevrolet went. This is the best xxxx vehicle dealership in the Tampa Brandon area. I am not lying. I have never felt so relaxed so at home than I have been at this place, and it starts with the employees and in particular a Mr. John Copeland. This man right here is the definition of a perfect sales man and a co workers. Just so you guys understand where I’m coming from on this, I met this guy a year ago I bought a brand new Chevy Spark from the man and he was the nicest dude on the face of this earth. He was down to earth understanding of what I need and helped me get the vehicle that best suited my price range. Between last year and now I had stopped at the dealership a few times to do minor maintenance on the vehicle and this guy would recognize me from a far and basically drop what he’s doing to come say hi. It was awesome having someone who still remembers you even months later. Anyways fast forward to now, my wife and I are in the process of moving out of state for better job opportunities. We needed to get a truck for the move. We went to a couple ford dealerships and some dodge dealership then we stopped at Ferman Chevy. We first spoke to a man named Mr Rocky Clevenger ( side note HUGE shout out to this guy as well ). Mr Rocky Clevenger was super understanding of our situation and our needs for this big move he gave us so much knowledge on the type of vehicle we need and towing power and everything else that no other Dealer we spoke with did. Though we didn’t make a sale that day we left with a better understanding of exactly what we needed ( Thank you Rocky my wife and I really appreciate you ). So we are still looking for a vehicle a few days later and was just about to settle with a Dodge that I wasn’t to thrilled with but had just enough stuff to get the job done. Then all of a sudden we get a phone call it was John Copeland #MVP. He saw that we stopped in the other day and we talked over the phone. I told him what we are doing and looking for and he understood what we needed. The man next day sent us a personal video of a truck that would possibly work within our budget. This video was him talking to us and showing us everything about the vehicle. It was really refreshing to see someone who took time out of their day to do something like this. My wife and I decided to hold off buying the Dodge and decide to go see John one last time. The vehicle was amazing unfortunately it was just a little out of budget, but did that stop Mr John Copeland. No the xxxx it didn’t that man kept looking and kept talking to us trying again and again to find what we need. He was never to pushy or making us feel pressured to buy. Through our txts and our calls it was like talking to an old friend. We finally after a week and a half of browsing vehicles Mr John Copeland found us what we needed we got a new 2020 Chevy Colorado that had everything that we needed that will make our move easy and worry free. We also used a Mr Andre Kerr to do the financial side of our purchase. That man is wonderful I tell you what he was funny and knowledgeable and just an overall great person I think we may have spent longer in his office just laughing and joking then we needed to, but that was the cherry on top on this buying experience. Idk what Ferman puts in their water but they always fire on all cylinders and give you 1000%. I wish that we aren’t leaving Tampa we love it here, and a small part of us wants to continue to be apart of the Ferman family cause we don’t know if we will ever find a dealership like this again. I hope whoever reads this and is looking for a car go check out Ferman and ask for Mr John Copeland or Rocky Clevenger I promise you, you will not have a better experience and a better person to have to help find the car that you need. And when you are finally ready to purchase ask for Mr Andre Kerr to help you. Thank you guys for everything, Hana and I appreciate everything you guys have done for us.
