Ferman is a very patient dealership to work with. I had been inquiring about a chevy blazer online for a while until going in. The online customer service is friendly and very responsive. Unfortunately, th been inquiring about a chevy blazer online for a while until going in. The online customer service is friendly and very responsive. Unfortunately, the blazer I was looking for was no longer available but the onsite reps were able to get me in another one that was great for a decent price. It was a bit of a hassle to trade in my prior vehicle, but I was able to get a fair price (over KBB value) and a decent discount off of MSRP. The finance manager was comical and really sweet/willing to answer all questions regarding the vehicle. Overall, great place! More
