It had not yet been inspected and detailed which was fine with me as I couldn’t take delivery for two days. I paid for the car and two days later Brandon drove to my home to pick me up and bring me to get the car. During the inspection it was noted that the tires were out of date ... the dealership installed brand new tires at their expense after we had already agreed on a price and I had already paid for the car. That customer concession says a lot about this dealership. I definitely recommend Brandon & Ferman. It’s the third vehicle I’ve purchased from the Ferman group. More
