Mohammad and Juan were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that the vehicle I purchased (certified) had clearly had body work done to it previously. We live in Ft Myers FL, but we drive 2 hours to go to Ferman. This our second vehicle purchased from Ferman. Becca was excellent in special ordering our 2023 Blazer Premier. Ferman was the only dealer wh Ferman. This our second vehicle purchased from Ferman. Becca was excellent in special ordering our 2023 Blazer Premier. Ferman was the only dealer who could get us an allocation to order our Blazer. I called dealerships from SWFL to Georgia and all the way to Texas. Becca kept us informed and gave us status our our Blazer as it was ordered, being built, and shipped. She made sure it was perfect when we picked it up.
