My experience with them was less than satisfactory. I purchased a nearly new 2020 Blazer two years ago, supposedly in excellent condition. Unfortunately, I've experienced numerous issues with the vehicle since then. Recently, I took it to the dealership due to a problem with the steering wheel. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. On Friday afternoon, I was informed that my car was ready and fixed, but when I picked it up with my son, the steering wheel got stuck while driving, almost causing an accident. This level of negligence is unacceptable. The level of professionalism and transparency I've experienced at this company, especially at this location, has been truly shocking and disappointing. More

Outstanding service from the Service Department! Mike Stevens is the best! I had an appointment to install a tire monitor sensor, but a flat tire caused me to miss my appointment time. "No problem" Mike Stevens is the best! I had an appointment to install a tire monitor sensor, but a flat tire caused me to miss my appointment time. "No problem" says Mike, "bring it in when you can, and squeeze you in." I showed up 2 hours late, with the flat in the back of my Tahoe, and the spare on the wheel. Without my even asking, Mike had the flat tire repaired and put back on the wheel, and, of course, I got the sensor installed, all within about 90 minutes. Gotta love this guy. More
The service advisor Orlando Santiago and service manager Brian Rabeau were great. My abs pump was changed that I supplied. The truck sat for a day without any work being performed on it. They overbook and the person putting together the schedules is clueless and hard to understand. It seemed like it was a call center in India. The technician that worked on my truck, Mario Cifuentes, did a good job installing the pump. However, there were grease hand prints all around my upper fenders and the master cylinder was overfilled and the cap on wrong. When I went to fix the cap, brake fluid overflowed everywhere making a nice mess. I had to remove the excess fluid. Paying these ridiculous shop rates of $215 per hour, the work should be meticulous and I should not have to work on the vehicle after being worked on by the dealership. Being lazy and sloppy is the reason for a lower rating. More

My appointment was for 9:45am and my truck was done I want to say by 10:00am and back out the finish line but once again not thinking about the customer, between them having some sort of meeting in the office of the person that wrote up my work order plus the fact the tech that did the work turned in the wrong paper work on my truck, so I physically didn't get in and leave till 10:20am !!!! Well you guys almost lived up to all your dealer hype, you know I should get three free oil and rotation changes just for the migraine you guys give me !!! Well let's see what happens next visit, maybe just maybe you will out perform my expectations !! More
