We checked in and stayed and waited for my car to be serviced and was there for a couple ours for a scheduled oiled changed. It wasn't until the service desk person who originally checked us in came to serviced and was there for a couple ours for a scheduled oiled changed. It wasn't until the service desk person who originally checked us in came to get some coffee/drink and realized we were still waiting, was when he returned immediately and said come back, our car is ready. We got no updated it was completed for awhile. We still had to wait to pay at the service desk. The price was way more than what I was originally quoted. Then exited, we were handed my keys, but my car was no where to be found. So we asked the service desk for help locating our car. It was parked away. Overall, not the best service. I have been taken care way better in the past. The best job done was probably the wash from the detailing department! I may be going to a different Chevy dealership for future services/purchases. Steve took care of us immediately. Brad called us in the afternoon to tell us work was finished. He then ordered an Uber to pick us up at home and return to the dealership. When we got there Brad greeted us with a Big Smile. Our car looked brand new after Brad had them wash it. GREAT JOB More
