I brought my truck in Friday to get a tire rotation and have a few electrical items looked at that would have been under warranty. When I dropped it off I was told to check the tracker and that someone wou have a few electrical items looked at that would have been under warranty. When I dropped it off I was told to check the tracker and that someone would be in touch with me. The tracker would not update, and when I texted the number I didn't receive a response. I then called and was told that I wouldn't be able to get my truck back for a few days which was not communicated to me originally so I asked just to rotate the tires. I can 2 hours after this and my tires were still not rotated and I was asked to bring it back Monday. I dropped it off Monday before 7am and then didn't hear anything all day. Finally I was told that they were still not going to be able to look at the issues with my vehicle because it was an EV and they were still days behind so I asked to rotate the tires as it was my sons birthday and I had to get home. This was around 1, and I got dropped off at about 3:30pm and my tires were still not rotated until 5 with no resolve or solution for my few other issues. Overall Steve was good in person and over the phone was very receptive. I believe most of these items were out of his control but could of been more proactive with communication especially through on issues that were arising but he was very personable and attentive while I was there and on the phone. More
