Total lack of customer service, never returned calls, still waiting on parts. While Lisa is helpful she is surrounded by chaos. Went in for separate appraisal and everything, what a waste of time. Isn't this what your people are paid for? Very disappointed . I shopped online at several dealers and found the vehicle I wanted at Ferman Chevrolet. I had a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Double Cab that I wanted to trade for a 2017 Suburban, My truck was serviced and detai I wanted at Ferman Chevrolet. I had a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Double Cab that I wanted to trade for a 2017 Suburban, My truck was serviced and detailed. It was ready to sell on the lot immediately. I knew the trade in value of my truck and the retail value of the Suburban. I knew how much money I should reasonably pay out of pocket for the difference. I don't like haggling. I drove an hour to the dealership. I told the salesman which vehicle I wanted. We took a quick test drive. While on the test drive I told him I didn't like to haggle over price. I told him what I was willing to pay out of pocket, cash, no financing. When we got back to the dealership and starting working on the numbers they told me there were discounts in the online advertised price that I didn't qualify for. We ended up haggling over the trade in value of my truck and the sales price of the suburban for hours. I honestly wanted to walk away on three occasions. I really didn't want to waste their time or mine. Each time I got ready to leave they came back with a little lower price. We finally got to a deal I could live with although it was more than I expected to pay. When I drove the vehicle home I notice how filthy the interior was. There was soda stains on the headliner, makeup on the visor, and all the controls on the steering wheel had dirty brown finger smudges. This was during the first round of COVID. I was disappointed with the interior cleanliness especially considering COVID. My trade in was much cleaner. More

All my service interactions with Ferman have been excellent until this one. After spending $180 and waiting two hours, I was disappointed to realize that upon leaving, my tires were left under-infla excellent until this one. After spending $180 and waiting two hours, I was disappointed to realize that upon leaving, my tires were left under-inflated at 32psi while warm (this morning at a cold start, two were at 30psi. I had to immediately add air to get them to the correct 35psi. It makes me wary about what else might have been neglected during my service. Additionally, my seat was pushed as far back as it would go and reclined back much further than my settings. My Sirius radio was reset, and my air setting on the driver side was changed. As I said, I’ve never experienced that at Ferman, the service before yesterday was always premier. I did experience this behavior from the mechanics at Dimmit, which I chalked up to an odd disgruntled arrogance that kept me from giving them any more business. Fair, honest, respectful service interactions are the main driver in me wanting to continue to do business with a dealership. I understand things go wrong occasionally. I’m hopeful this was an anomaly and that future interactions will go back to being excellent. More
