I live out of state and found a suburban online and got in touch with the dealership and Phillip Marchitelli helped me get into the car with no issues I live out of state and found a suburban online and got in touch with the dealership and Phillip Marchitelli helped me get into the car with no issues. When we went to set up delivery and shipping the company that was going to ship the car had a scheduling conflict and couldn't meet the time frame. Phillip knew we needed it and made it happen. He had 2 employees drive the car 7 hours one way to my front door. Talk about doing what you said you were going to do. I can't explain how pleased I am with the experience. More
