Poor management I called to make an appointment to get my tire looked at. When I arrived I was told they could not get me done in the timeframe they told me they c I called to make an appointment to get my tire looked at. When I arrived I was told they could not get me done in the timeframe they told me they could do it in on the phone when I made the appointment. They sent me away to come back the next day for a new appointment. The problem is, it is an offsite location booking their appointments. They need to have a better way to communicate with each other! They wasted my time and then after the two days of driving there on a tire going flat they were not able to use my tire warranty due to them being closed on Saturday. More
