Desk staff not customer service oriented and person who took our original call attempted to speak Spanish most of time when we are clearly non-spanish speaking people. Dealership kept our car for a couple of days and never attempted to call us for any updates, we finally called them. They need more mechanics but that is a problem outside of dealership....not enough workers is new societal problem. I'm sure dealership would like more mechanics to handle workload. More
