The interaction with Alain felt as if he didn't want to sell the car. We traveled 4hours to the dealership, though welcomed by Neils, Alain pretty much treated this sale indifferent. My friend who came with me commented that he would leave immediately had he worked with such sales person and said the sales person behaved as if he was a prince coming to the dealership to enjoy messing with customers. I was test driving a manual wrangler and trying to identify potential issue. Alain interrupted me in the middle and took over trying to show me how he drives. Apparently Alain drives a manual poorly, the car kept jerking as he shifted gears but he kept saying it was smooth. I could have left the dealership at the moment. Later, we ran into some minor paper issue, although it was fixed eventually, he kept ignoring us, kept us waiting because he let customers who came later than us into the finance office. In my opinion Alain needs to redo all the training before he meets any customers. More

I contacted the dealer with an inquiry on a particular Ram 1500 I was assigned Kevonn as a sales associate. I told my situation and my interests, he replied promptly with the information requested. Initially we didn't come to agreeable terms but he stayed engaged and not overly aggressive. After some negotiations were able to come to terms on the Ram in which I test drove and eventually leased. Kevonn remained professional through the whole experience, I would definitely purchase from him in the future. More
