Everything is pretty strait forward at Ferman. They don't play any games, and it has paid off. They have been in business since 1895. They tried to tell me Chrysler financial charges them 9k more on payoff then what they ch 2 hours ago This dealership does not even deserve a 1 star. They tried to tell me Chrysler financial charges them 9k more on payoff then what they charge me. So I call Chrysler financial and speak to a supervisor who explains to me that the dealership payoff is even lower then the amount I am charged. They must think people are very stupid because I am not sure who in their right mind would believe this. Absolutely horrible.stay clear. More

I liked the Izzy salesman but the after sales turned my back on me. and I had to talk to the factory to solve a small problem. I had pictures showing the broken windshield in the store and the sales mana back on me. and I had to talk to the factory to solve a small problem. I had pictures showing the broken windshield in the store and the sales manager simply told me to call my insurance. So I called but it went to the factory and I was very well attended and will change the windshield. They gave me the product warranty. In short, if it depends on you, I would do the same as I did with Toyota. On the day they turned my back on me, I never bought any of her products again. More
