I was very hesitant on a Kia Soul but Adam showed it to us and let us take it on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered any questions I had. After I bought it he even hooked my phone up to the Bluetooth to show me how to do it in the future. More
Great Service from a Great Team ! I had brought my Pacifica in to the dealer because of some paint defect. I met a girl there named Dyna who said she was the Warranty Clerk. She told m I had brought my Pacifica in to the dealer because of some paint defect. I met a girl there named Dyna who said she was the Warranty Clerk. She told me about a bulletin that Chrysler was aware of my concern and that it would be taken care of under warranty. She took all my information and said she would call when a loaner would become available. I think just and few weeks went by when I received a call from Dayna that they had the loaner and the time to correct the paint concern. When I arrived I met with Dyna who introduced me to a Service Advisor named Steve Brawer who then wrote up my Van and all paper work needed for loaner. Just a few days later they called and said van was ready. I pulled down the drive and saw Steve who had my paper work and Van ready for me to pickup. Could not have been any easier. Thanks to a great service team and body shop my Van looks great. More
