Sales person was awesome! I was just astatic with Tracy as my salesperson. She worked with me to get me a vehicle I wanted. Saved by your colleague! I had a scheduled appointment at 1 last Friday and I arrived at approximately 12:55 for the service. This was my first time at this service departmen I had a scheduled appointment at 1 last Friday and I arrived at approximately 12:55 for the service. This was my first time at this service department and was interested to see how customers were handled. I was scheduled to work with Jason, but he was still coming back from lunch, so Ed was happy to assist me. I headed over to the customer lounge to enjoy the comfy seats. After an hour and forty five minutes, I started to get a bit antsy, so I headed outside to wait. After about ten minutes, my car pulled up and I was ready to go. However, I proceeded to stand there for another 10 minutes without any word from Jason. At that point, I texted him (he had written to me at the beginning of the appointment) and asked if I should come to his desk or wait for him. Thankfully, Ed was moving in and out of his office area and noticed me waiting while my car was ready. He grabbed me and checked me out. If it wasn’t for Ed, I’d probably be looking for assistance elsewhere. I’ll be sure to ask for him in the future. (Jason could be great to work with, I just don’t know because I never talked to him.)
