However, our experience with Brandon Hicks was completely different. Brandon Hicks was friendly, transparent, informative, and honest. We were looking at two specific vans, and he was so kind to bring them under the covering (as it was raining) for us to see them. We test drove our van and he was very friendly and just had real conversations with us. He was able to work out the price we needed and just made everything happen for us. Eric in Finance was also such a joy to work with. You never enjoy being at the dealership for very long but they both were so kind and accommodating that it was not that bad!
