When I went in for a brake concern they needed me to leave my truck but had no loaners. Cameron the service writer said he would follow up when a loaner was available. That was 3 weeks ago and not even leave my truck but had no loaners. Cameron the service writer said he would follow up when a loaner was available. That was 3 weeks ago and not even a phone call. Very disappointed in Camerons attitude it felt like I was wasting his time. I ended up going elsewhere . I dont think I will use Ferman again for service. More
