William P. Has been my service associate for many years. I can call him with any issues and discuss pricing and if work is very expensive, he organizes a service plan so that each time I get an oil change I can call him with any issues and discuss pricing and if work is very expensive, he organizes a service plan so that each time I get an oil change and regular service, I can address one of the previous recommendations until all caught up with service recommendations and not having to pay for all recommendations at once. My truck contents always remain untouched and the way I have things in the console. Very trustworthy. Good contact and communication about issues and recommendations. More

I went in for an oil change and they got me for a trade in lol lol Darren was awesome as a salesman few little glitches but he was polite and handled everything great. My car was in the Ferman Collision service since 11/23 for a three day repair. Parts were delayed and they said my car was ready a few days before Christmas. I went to get my car and they didn’t paint th for a three day repair. Parts were delayed and they said my car was ready a few days before Christmas. I went to get my car and they didn’t paint the repair on the hood so I had to leave the car a few more days. They called me to pick it up and it had been washed with hard water and not dried so my car had water stains when they buffed it, I notice an area on the hood that they painted but didn’t sand. They told me they would have to schedule me for a loaner car and they would fix it. It’s been five business days and they have not called to schedule me. So my three day repair has taken five weeks and this is the third time I have to take my car to get fix like they should have done the first time…but I am still waiting. More
