There was a complete lack of communication regarding the status of my vehicle. I was told on 3 different occasions I would receive a call back and nobody followed up. I had some things in the car I needed a status of my vehicle. I was told on 3 different occasions I would receive a call back and nobody followed up. I had some things in the car I needed and called twice that day to get some items out of the vehicle if it wasn’t going to be completed. The second time I called it was shortly after 5 the young man I explained my situation and the urgency of retrieving items from the car. He assured me someone would call and nobody extended that courtesy. He also didn’t indicate the service department was closing at 6, the website indicted 7. Thankfully someone was there late. I’ve taken my car there 3 times and two of the experiences were awful, it’s just not worth the headache. More

First time at this dealership. They where okay I guess. My front car seats where dirty and had to use upholstery cleaner on them. The service man had to sit in car to check the airbags.
