I just bought a certfied pre-owned 2018 chevy silverado in April 2021 with 70,000 miles. The transmission blew while I was in Ft.Myers, a 3 year old certified vehicle, I would rate the customer service ex in April 2021 with 70,000 miles. The transmission blew while I was in Ft.Myers, a 3 year old certified vehicle, I would rate the customer service except that I can not because it was non-existent! I was transferred everywhere but to a manager which I had requested as this was an emergency to check in what was included if anything my warranty. I did speak with a manager finally- Rob and he said a service manager would call me back which never happened. No call backs, just over and over again told managers and the specific people I was asking for were busy with other clients. I am now looking at a $6,000 repair for a 3 year old truck with no concern or care from the dealership or individuals that sold me the truck! Never purchase a vehicle from Ferman Ford More
