Pro’s: Great price Reasonable sales person Not a pushy Pro’s: Great price Reasonable sales person Not a pushy used car environment Salesman got all the paperwork submitted ahead of time to accommod Pro’s: Great price Reasonable sales person Not a pushy used car environment Salesman got all the paperwork submitted ahead of time to accommodate the long commute my wife and I were making after work to purchase the vehicle and expedite our purchase process Con’s: Eric Bartholomew from the finance department had us waiting from 7pm to 9:20 pm before he could see us. The deal was already done over the phone, all documents submitted via email to sped up out transaction time. Unfortunately Eric had one customer (and a very chatty salesperson) in front of us for 2 hours and 20 minutes before he could see us. My wife and I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there, waited 2 hours and 20 minutes to sign our paperwork, 15 minutes to sing the paperwork then 2 1/2 hours back home. We’re happy with our purchase but the overall experience was overshadowed by a smug finance guy that marginalized the value of my personal time. More

I found the exact truck I wanted online at this dealership. I called them and was able to speak with a human-being very quickly. I was then transferred to a guy named David Williams, who gave me al dealership. I called them and was able to speak with a human-being very quickly. I was then transferred to a guy named David Williams, who gave me all the details I needed. He then, very quickly, was able to get me an extremely fair price on the new truck, and several thousand dollars more for my trade. There was no haggling, no back and forth, just a genuine conversation about what we each needed to get the deal done. After agreeing to a price, I advised that I wanted to move quickly and pick the truck up the next day. When I arrived the next day, their finance manager offered to attempt to beat the interest rate I arrived with. Within a few minutes they were able to get me a .25% better rate (which makes a difference on an $83k truck) and took another $1,000 off the price, for financing with them. Overall, everyone was friendly, efficient, professional, and I am very pleased with the transaction. I highly recommend David Williams and Ferman Ford. More
