Sales associate walked away from my husband saying he had an appointment to see on Wednesday. My husband waited 30 minutes for his return which didn't happen. The next day we both came in for appointment but an appointment to see on Wednesday. My husband waited 30 minutes for his return which didn't happen. The next day we both came in for appointment but there were long delays due to lack of staff ( covid related). We were there 4 hrs and we're very hungry when we finalized the sale. Because Michael actually did the lion's share of the work on day two for the sale, explanation,fordpass download etc, I felt it wasn't fair that he had to share the commission with Alex. Overall speed and efficiency need to improve. More
