Post dealing with him the experience had several opportunities. Hope sharing this helps: The purchase of a new 2020 F-150 should have been prepped better for success. I received a initial e-mail from the Sales Manager, however when I replied to him, I get zero response. On the 1st day after the purchase the vehicle had several issue and had to be brought back. There were some additional wins and opportunities. More

Salesperson said it will have every option but m It was not awesome at all. Very disappointed due to not getting the options I wanted on the vehicle. Salesperson said it will have every option but massaging seats. I thought that’s what we ordered. Didn’t have the 360 camera and the salesperson didn’t seem to have the knowledge. We needed that option because we haul horses. Needless to say it didn’t come with that option. We traveled an hour and a half to this dealership to order this vehicle. More
