Demetrios Mina was the salesman who helped us and he was great! He listened to us, provided information, answered lots of questions, and involved both of us as the process progressed. He was not pushy and never tried to talk us into anything extra. Demetrios was honest with us and we felt he had our best interest at heart. Everyone we met at Ferman Ford was friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped us with the financing was efficient and patient with our questions. We feel like we got a fair, good deal on our new truck and enjoyed working with Demetrios.
