i am not happy with the price increase i wasn't happy with the $10.00 increase on the oil and filter change or the $12.00 increase on the rotate and balance. i also noticed that the prici i wasn't happy with the $10.00 increase on the oil and filter change or the $12.00 increase on the rotate and balance. i also noticed that the pricing sign has been taken down that was on the wall behind the service writers. i found that a little odd. the first time i had my car serviced there i dealt with robert guinn. i was very happy with him and have asked for him the last few times i have come in. for some reason it seems that i have been purposely steered away from him. i'm not sure why but it seems strange. olta did a great job though!!
