Poor salesmanship and follow up I have been a customer of Ferman Ford for several years as well as my husband being an employee there. We have purchased two cars previously from Ferman and was there the other day to purchase/ trade in another car and possibly buy two cars. After my husband got the car he wanted I had to call back three days in a row to find out if they could work out a deal for me. The salesman was mediocre at best. Never calling me to update the status of a purchase...it was all up to me. I had to do all of the calling to find out anything. Knowing you could have had two sales wouldn’t it behoove the sales person to keep in constant contact with me to try and make ANOTHER sale? I am pretty sure we will never be back to Ferman again! Really too bad as it could have been a great experience. We also have always had the Ferman sales person call us back a few days later to see if we are happy with the car or having any issues. This guy, nothing. I will compliment Eric in finance as he was very professional and helped in what ways he could. He was very nice to deal with. More
