Oil change at Ferman Fird My Advisor, Jeff Vuncannon, was very cordial. After returning home and lifting the hood, I found oil dropped on the engine cover and around oil cap. Great customer service Very pleasant experience. I wasn’t able to wait with my truck for an oil change and tire rotation so they said that they would not be able to fit me i Very pleasant experience. It was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and they were extremely busy with people like myself who had waited until the last minute to get the service done. They then told me that if I could leave the truck they could get me in, which was wonderful because I really needed to get my oil changeed. They said that the courtesy driver could take me home and pick me up! Because they were so accommodating I was able to get my service completed. I will definitely continue to use Ferman for my service needs. As well, I also purchased my F-150 from them. More
