Do not listen or care about requests or questions I requested a new salesman which I didn't get. I was trying to be nice and give a new person the sale.I didn't get Ford credit which I was pre- approv I requested a new salesman which I didn't get. I was trying to be nice and give a new person the sale.I didn't get Ford credit which I was pre- approved for they just blew it off. After I signed all the papers found vehicle damaged and dented you can see they scraped something white down the right side of vehicle. Really pissed me off. They said the would fix and guarantee I would not notice but they have yet to call or anything.I would return the vehicle if I could. I'm a dumb xxx for a accepting the vehicle. Poor dealer prep car was not even washed or they would have noticed the danage too. More

HAD F-150 SERVICED ( OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION ) DROPPED TRUCK OFF AT SCHEDULED TIME. NOTIFED UPON CHECK IN THAT THERE WAS A RECALL THAT NEEDED TAKEN CARE OF. RECEIVED CALED WITHIN 3 HOURS THAT SERVI DROPPED TRUCK OFF AT SCHEDULED TIME. NOTIFED UPON CHECK IN THAT THERE WAS A RECALL THAT NEEDED TAKEN CARE OF. RECEIVED CALED WITHIN 3 HOURS THAT SERVICE AND RECALL WERECOMPLETED. More
Great experience with the Collision Department I put my Brand New 2018 Nissan Titan in the shop to get Body shop to get fixed from getting Rear Ended. It should of taken multiple weeks to repair it I put my Brand New 2018 Nissan Titan in the shop to get Body shop to get fixed from getting Rear Ended. It should of taken multiple weeks to repair it, however I had it back in less than a week and a half. It looks like Brand new again and the people I worked with Rosa and Brian were awesome. Second Mandatory recall of 2016 Fusion S.E. This was my second Mandatory Safety recall for my 2016 Fusion S. E. and I had difficulty getting help or a reasonable appointment even though I calle This was my second Mandatory Safety recall for my 2016 Fusion S. E. and I had difficulty getting help or a reasonable appointment even though I called the service manager and wrote him a polite letter outlining my problem with getting the car in for service. I received no reply!! However Cameron Rolon was very helpful, got the car in and out in record time. I recommend dealing with him in the future. More
