Very bad experience this Dealer shouldn't be in bodywork i was rear ended on back of my SUV took it to Ferman collision on us 19 , i went to pick up my truck i found on rear driver side bubble in the paint a i was rear ended on back of my SUV took it to Ferman collision on us 19 , i went to pick up my truck i found on rear driver side bubble in the paint also on the passenger side big gap between the bumper and the rear door so the service manager Dennis Daley promise he will take care of the problem ,again i went to pick up my truck he took care of the paint but the gap still there , so i came back on another day drop the truck ,went back again to take my car the gap still there ,i call mr Daley all he said he doesn't know what to do with it . First service went In for first service and told the service rep that there was a slow leak in the rt rear tire. He also told me that they could do to couple recalls that were on the truck so I said go ahead When I picked up the truck I had for different air pressure readings in the four tires you would think that if they are working on the tires they would check the air pressure all around the truck so that they would be the same. They removed the door panels to seal the luxe they also removed The Velcroed on covers on my back doors that are there to keep my dogs from scratching up the door panels instead of putting them back there laying on the floor. All the controls as far as the lights in the information center where all changed for what reason I don’t understand I brought her in for a simple service I don’t know maybe all those things have to be done that way or somebody wasn’t paying attention More
