I had an emergency a/c malfunction, during a 103° day, and was very stressed about possibly having to take off work to get it fixed. After giving my friend and I water to cool us down, William reassured me that they would handle it. Boy was he right! I was able to come right in on a Saturday afternoon, was shuttled to the mall and 2 hours later - tada! Ice cold air and a happy edge owner.
