Not coming back In January I went to this shop for two new tires and an alignment (other 2 tires were replaced a few months prior) under Talons care. Once receiving m In January I went to this shop for two new tires and an alignment (other 2 tires were replaced a few months prior) under Talons care. Once receiving my vehicle I noticed the alignment was done poorly. I took it back in and they told me that they accidentally misbalanced it or something to that affect. My steering wheel was still rattling but I knew there was nothing else to be done after their 2nd attempt at an alignment. In May I went in for a recall part initially and upon completion was asked for a review. Afterwards I noticed an odd sound when I turn in my vehicle and called my advisor back and left a voicemail. He never got back to me and I never heard back until mid June the noise kept getting worse and growing louder. I called William back again and finally got through and he told me he wanted to “make this right”. I brought my car in and was told I needed a new wheel bearing. Costing me an additional $330, on something which should have been caught in January during my alignment. This place is a joke and wants as much of my money as they can get. Next time, I will drive out of my way to a different Ford dealer if I need Ford specific labor. Never again. I hate that in this predominantly male industry being a female in a mechanic shop you are so easily taken advantage of. 4-5 visits later and hundreds of dollars wasted. More

COMFORTABLE AND WELCOMED I needed recall work and was greeted at my care door and was walked through the whole process and spoke with a sales person and he worked really hard I needed recall work and was greeted at my care door and was walked through the whole process and spoke with a sales person and he worked really hard to find me a car for my trade in and was very polite and not pushy (unfortunately I had to make a decision to not purchase a new car for reasons that he understood) but before speaking with him William my Advisor was thorough and explained what was going on, what to expect. I needed and oil change (William did not know that) and because he made me feel that I could trust him. I opted to get the 35k basic 99.00 Service. William called me and went over a few things that I needed and was not a pushy sales type guy, which would have made me run the other way but offered Ferman's Services for what I needed and I told him that financially I could not get for a few weeks, he said I should be ok with a few weeks but for my safety the recommendations needed to be taken care of whether they did it or not. More

Reviews are NOT my thing, but To be honest, it's really hard to find a place to start with this dealership and the employees that helped me get out of one of the worst situations I To be honest, it's really hard to find a place to start with this dealership and the employees that helped me get out of one of the worst situations I could find myself in. I had a beautiful Ford F150 that I planned on keeping for years, but I was hit by someone without insurance and that produced events and circumstances I never thought could be imaginable, but it all happened. In short, my 3 year old and myself suffered so much more than the bad person that hit us. It was bad hit after hit, after, hit and so on. I didn't know what to do. Finances were becoming an issue and it was on myself and family to fix. Again, trying to keep this part short, a friend introduced me to Jeffrey Voorheis and Tom Sfero. What a blessing this situation would turn out to be! I can't even begin to explain how devoted and determined Jeff was to help me out in my bad situation. He answered text messages, cell calls, dealership calls and even calls when he was off. He even got back to me on FATHER'S DAY!!! Wow, that's customer service. All that being said, I was in a very bad situation with a beat up truck and a desire to get back into what I had and more options, to be honest. Jeff and Tom made it happen and when I say "made it happen," I mean it. They bent over backwards and then some to make everything right for me!! This was not a "sale" it was a family solution for me and I can't thank them enough!! Thank you guys so much, from the bottom of my heart! When you let my daughter pick a truck that she felt safe in to buy, you became part of our family. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! B More
