On the fence This is my third time I have taken my car to Furman ford and my third service guy. This time I had my master brake cylinder go out at 33,000 miles. He never looked to see if I had a warranty and he keeped trying to sell me upgrades. He could’ve asked me to do my maintenance when I did my oil change not when I had a major issue. He seemed more interested in selling me more stuff then keeping my loyalty and best interest in mind. He also did not offer a loner when the part never came in on Friday. that would have left me with out a car for the weekend and Monday to get to work. Then on top of that I could not pick up my car on Monday becuse the computers we’re down. More
