The only problem I had that I asked about on the last checkup and this one was about the shaking upon acceleration. A diagnostic test was performed and the 115 was under the limit of 250. Apparently this is something I will have to ignore. Other than that problem everything else done on my car that day was very much appreciated and reassuring. WOW! Sometimes all it takes is a postcard.... I've lived in FL now for 2.5 years and have been taking my Ford Escape to another dealer further away. I've had a recall on my car since Nov last yea I've lived in FL now for 2.5 years and have been taking my Ford Escape to another dealer further away. I've had a recall on my car since Nov last year and never took care of it. Shame on me!! (Or was it really a shame I never took care of it sooner...... ) I received a postcard in the mail from Ferman Ford Mazda reminding me that I had a recall that needed to be taken care of. Well, the Escape was in need of an oil change anyway, so why not give this place a try. I made my appointment online which was easy peasy. (you can even make appointments online for a Saturday!!) I was able to select the service(s) I wanted done and was even able to enter in the recall info. easy peasy! Knowing that this might take awhile, I opted for the shuttle service. WOW! So glad this dealer had that service available. I was able to drop my car off with an AMAZING service rep and had a courteous shuttle driver. Of course, I will mention that the customer lounge was nice! Beverages (Free), snacks (also free I believe), free WiFi, comfy chairs to name a few of the things I noticed.. The service rep I was assigned, was Talon Craft. Not only was Talon patient with me, but he also answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or silly for asking questions. Before I even left the dealer, I received a text message from Talon letting me know that I could text him at any time to find out the status of my car. I wasn't even in the shuttle yet! WOW! Later that day, when my car was ready, I gave Corey a call and he was at my house in a jiffy to pick me up to bring me back to Ferman Ford Mazda! Talon had "paperwork" that was prepared specifically for me! So nice to receive an Automobile Status Report which had my multi-point inspection form, recommendations for additional service needed (air filter), repair estimate for the recommendations (air filter), detailed invoice and a copy of my owner advantage rewards statement!) WOW!! Customer Service at Ferman Ford Mazda was top notch! THANK YOU Talon & Corey and the rest of the team I engaged with! WOW! I look forward to being a customer of theirs for life! And to think, all they did was send me a post card with a recall reminder! WOW!! (The dealer I've been going to for 2.5 years, never even mentioned the recall or ever sent me a recall reminder post card!) More

I told him the F150s were too big and I was going to buy a Toyota Tacoma Limited. Demetrios said he had to show me something right away even though it was raining cats and dogs - a beautiful Toyota Tacoma with a premium package and less than 6K miles - everything I was looking for in a truck. Demetrios was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind and a real asset to the organization (and humanity) as was Jeff who sealed the deal.
