The actual service was quick at about 1 hour. The service manager that checked me in was not friendly. Did advise me on what was done. Did make any effort to excel at his job. Did ask me if I was using ford points...... which I wanted too. I just used debit. I wanted to leave. Also the tech that did the oil change spilled a lot down the side of the engine. NOW I have a big oil stain on my NEW dive way. Yeah not coming back. I'll go to Walker Ford. More
