I had my daughters car towed there after an accident. The initial estimate was 750.00 dollars from being totaled. The dealer said they would only find maybe 1-2 hundred more in damages and I was fine with th initial estimate was 750.00 dollars from being totaled. Long story short they waited until one week before the car was finished to submit a additional claim for over 1300.00 dollars which would of totaled the car. So of course the insurance said go ahead and finish the car because they were almost done. How you miss that much in damages and wait until the car was almost finish beats me this company was hard to work with and only worry about making a buck not your safety I will never do business with them again. Then the best part was when I went to pick my car up they wouldn’t take my check for the deductible saying that the machine was down would only take cash or a credit card. When I questioned them about it they got rude and cut me off. All I asked was if I was buying a car today they wouldn’t take a check for a down payment and the guy told me they would and that was different I guess they have different check machines for paying the body shop and buying a new car. I complained and the general manager emailed me a week later and said they would be more than happy to take my car in on trade. BEWARE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Love my Ford Explore. Not crazy about salesman, didn't get back with me on emails I sent. Seems he was always out, felt like I was being ignored. With a credit score over 800. Which I wanted to pay cash, needless to say I paid off right away. I have not paid 5% on a lone in years. Other than this everyone was friendly. More
